About

About Chris Frost.

I coach men whose lives look fine and do not feel like it.

The story

I coach men whose lives look fine and do not feel like it. Business owners. Founders. Veterans. Men mid-career with the house, the title, the family — and nothing left in the tank to enjoy any of it. Most of them are still performing when they come to me. That is the part nobody sees. The output holds while the engine that used to make it easy quietly stops.

The work is always the same three things, in the same order. Energy, because nothing else is possible without it. Identity, because a man will not hold a habit that contradicts who he believes he is. Direction, because discipline needs somewhere to go. Rebuild those three, in that order, and momentum stops being something you have to chase.

The pattern is consistent enough that I can usually name it inside the first twenty minutes. Sleep went first, months ago. Training became optional. The identity changed quietly, from the man who builds things into the man who keeps things running. Then the direction went, and once there is nothing worth the discipline, the discipline stops looking like a virtue and starts looking like a punishment. Men do not arrive telling me any of that. They arrive saying they should be happier than they are.

That order is what the protocols are. The Momentum Protocol is fourteen days of structured work on all three, by application. The Anchor Protocol is for the chapter when holding steady is the work — steady first, build after. The Polarity Protocol is for the man whose life is genuinely fine and who knows he is built for more; it runs as a protocol, a brotherhood and retreats. The Scorecard is free, reads all three axes, and exists so nobody has to guess which door is theirs. All of it lives at chrisfrost.coach. This site is the man.

Chris Frost, British men’s performance coach

I have coached for the better part of fifteen years, and not in one kind of room. Biker gangs in Washington State. Business owners across Asia. Veterans back home in the UK. Entrepreneurs in Australia. Men I trained and led earlier in my career. Different accents, different presenting problems, the same conversation underneath: a capable man further from his own drive than he can explain. Recognising that fast, and knowing what moves it, is what those years buy you.

Some men find this work by searching for a male performance coach. Same job. What it involves, what it costs, and whether it fits — the full breakdown lives at chrisfrost.coach.

My formal training runs through the Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership, the highest paid membership tier Robbins runs. I say that plainly because coaching is an unregulated trade, and you are entitled to know where a man learned his craft before you let him near your life.

Some of those years were in uniform — I left the Army in 2017 and I don’t trade on it. Getting men to perform when they are exhausted, frightened and far from home is not a metaphor for coaching. It is coaching.

I have also been in the chapter this site describes. I won the external game and lost the drive that got me there. Nobody handed me a framework at the time, so I built one. That is why I recognise it quickly in other men, and why I never judge it.

Chris Frost, British men’s performance coach

There are things I won’t do. I won’t sell you a mood. I won’t tell you that you are broken, because you are not — you are under-resourced and pointed at nothing, and those are both fixable. And I won’t put a number on this site that I can’t show you the receipt for, which is why you will find no client counts here, no testimonials I can’t attribute and no logo wall. When there is proof worth publishing, it will be published with a name on it.

How it actually works is unglamorous. I coach from the UK and work worldwide over video. Cohorts run by application rather than by launch calendar, because fourteen days of honest work needs the right men in the room, and a launch date cannot tell you who they are. One to one is limited by the calendar, not by marketing. The route in is the same for everybody: the Scorecard, an application, one conversation.

Motivation is a mood. Momentum is built. That line has held in every room I have ever coached in, which is why it is the only slogan on either of my sites. The work now has one mission: helping other men find theirs.

If you recognised yourself anywhere on this page, don’t bookmark it. Take the Scorecard, or ask for the conversation.
